| Subject: When should we mail the PR application |

My husband and I have just gotten married overseas and are in the process of collecting our documents to submit for PR. We are in Greece at the moment, and would like to submit our paperwork ASAP to get the ball rolling.
Question: If we submit our paperwork to Mississauga while we are out of the country, will he have problems entering Canada? Will he be flagged at the airport as having an application in progress???
