Subject: Photographs returned, good or bad? |

I received a package from the Canadian High Commission in London. It turned out to be my photos that I sent with my application. Along with a not simply saying "We are returning your personal photographs as they are no longer required." I took this as a sign that at least someone is looking at my application, but am wondering if this is a good or bad sign?

(in reply to: Photographs returned, good or bad?) I would say, neutral.

(in reply to: Photographs returned, good or bad?) Its neutral. They usually return the photographs.

(in reply to: Photographs returned, good or bad?) Do you really think the Visa Post returned your photos for no logical reason?
Go to www.cic.gc.ca photo specification page and measure your photos and also view them to see if they comply. You will quickly see that they do not. Lots of examples there.

(in reply to: Photographs returned, good or bad?) Roy , I think they were proof of relationship photos , not PR card ones :)

(in reply to: Photographs returned, good or bad?) Yes they were proof of relationship photos. Thanks for the info everyone. I would ask how long the process should take from the point of them sending back the photographs, but I already know that the answer is that is is different from case to case.
Cheers,
Paul
