Hi.
Have taken a job as a contractor for a company in Toronto. I did enter Canada with a NAFTA temporary work permit and now the taxes are confusing!
I am bound to this one employer and I will be paid biweekly after I submit a bill to said employer. The bill will indicate how many hours I´ve spent in the interval on any given project.
I´m confused on what my responsibilities are for taxation in Canada as a foreign temporary worker that is contracting to one company.
Where can I find an absolute answer?
