Subject: My daughter born in Canada, does she have to apply
  Hi

My daughter was born in Canada in 2007. My husband and me want to apply for PR, do we have to include my daughter in the application? She was born in Canada means she is Canadian citizen, is this true? If so, I´m thinking we don´t need to include her in our application, only my husband and me need to apply, am I right?

Thank you

Your daughter is Canadian Citizen by birth.
she doesnt need to apply for it.
but just declare her in your application as your daughter, that simple.

Do I have to put her information in the "application for permanent residence in Canada" form(in the section of Details of Family Members"? Thanks
