Is there any chance of getting a visa to visit family in canada after 2 refusals and no reasons given?

there are likely some reasons you have been refused - no significant ties to home that would prompt you to return?
yes, you can still get a visa but you will continue to be refused unless you can convince CIC you will be going back home at the end of your visit. Do you own property at home, do you have a spouse and children at home, do you have a job and a set time for holidays, do you have money in the home bank account? are you enrolled in school at home that requires you to be back by a specific date?
