I want to know that normally it takes how long for spouse to get immigrant visa from Pakistan. I have applied from Pakistan two months ago and file is transferred to CHC Islamabad. My has received a letter from CHC Islamabad.

From another Forum... someone who went through Islamabad:
feb 25-app sent to missisauga
march 18-file transferred to islamabad
april 3-date of aor
july 28-date received personal history request ( received on august 1)
august 4-islamabad received requested documents
august 21, email embassy asking to rush case
august 23, husband received ppr mashallah!!

Although we need to remember each case is unique so this may not be the same for you.

it usually takes 5-8 months which is not a big deal. Because spousal sponsorship is something which is considered the fastest processing so far so chill out, just apply and within few months you will get the outcome.
