(in reply to: applied for PR , recently got job offer Sharon he) This is exactly what heppened to me..I even got the job offer after the initial approval...
Write to the center and enclose a NOTARIZED copy of your offer letter.
In your cover letter, indicate that your application should receive:
- Higher points.
- Higher priority (based on the job offer and CIC policy to help those who secured a job to land in Canada in a shorter time).
Send the letter ASAP.

(in reply to: applied for PR , recently got job offer Sharon he) It didnt´ affect my case processing speed, simply because the offer received after the initial approval and medicals request.

(in reply to: applied for PR , recently got job offer Sharon he) I really don´t know but I assume that high priority cases have a different queue from the one of the non-priority cases.
As in the CAIPS note, there is an item for priority. If this item is highlighted, there is should be an expedited processing
