I applied for PR a year now, received a imm file # earlier this year. Just recently received a job offer. What I need to know is will this job offer speed up my application for PR, or can I now apply under the PNP program along with my prospective employer to speed up the processing of my application?
I now have to apply to get my qualifications assessed, then I was told that they would apply for a 2yr work permit.(I was offered a permanent post)so if that happens where will the status of my PR be?
Any advice would be welcomed

(in reply to: Sharon or Roy please advise) You seem to have put the horse in front of the cart or crossed the bridge before you got there.
Why have you not had your credentials assessed before you sought out employment.
Obtaining a LMO from some cities/provinces can be very time consuming.
You can also apply for arranged employment.
An Arranged Employment Offer AEO will speed up your FSW application but a WP will prove that you can establish yourself in Canada and will also speed up your application. Your application your decision.
Good Luck
