Hello,
I just wonder how long it taks to get file number in Buffalo after I re-submitted my application? I submitted my application in August and my application was returned in 1 month for incomplete information. I re-submitted in mid September.

Your file was returned in one month that means they reviewed the file in one month and if it was completed they would have issued you a file no. So expect another month or so and you will be given a file no. hopefully.
