Subject: IMM 0008 Form

Hello All,

I have one simple question. I am going to apply for PR(federal skilled worker) in Buffalo office.

On form "IMM 0008", There is no signature space but in Buffalo office´s instructions book, it is clearly mentioned that "IMM 0008" form must be signed by applicant.

Now my question is where should I do signature on this "IMM 0008" form?? Should all family members do signature on this form?
