Subject: Regarding HRCC approval for employment
  Hi friends,

Greetings to all

I am new to this group. I have one query and submitted the same here.

Is it possible for me to approach HRCC with the job advertisement which is not filled for past 4 months, that fits my skill set?

For which employer showed interest, but not interested to sponsor my relocation to Canada.

Mean time I browse through www.workpermit.com it says that

?Now Employment Authorizations can be issued to workers presenting a job offer fitting one of the seven descriptions without the employer having to approach its local HRCC?

Senior members please look into this.
Thanks in advance.

And does your job fit one of those 7 descriptions? You ask a question without providing all the information. It would be hard to give you an answer, no?

WORKPERMIT.COM run!

First it is not HRCC it is (HRSDC) or Human Resources Skill Developement Canada.

The seven positions are in IT field and yes you would need to have an offer of employment only.

Hi Ray Masa and Roy, thanks for your information.

I have been working in information Technology field and in Telecommunication domain. My job fit into NOC.

Here is my situation
One of the Canada employers contacted me for a job opening and asked for my location. After knowing that I am not located in Canada, he said he is not ready to sponsor me for my relocation. Now i have to work on getting skilled workers visa and moving to Canada and get employment from that employer.

My question:
How can i go with this and is there any other way i can show this requirement(the position is not filled out yet) and ask for skilled workers visa?

Thanks in advance.
