Low Skilled Jobs are available and yes the employer would have to pay for their airline ticket.
Yes there are scams out there and yes CIC likes to portray themselves as caring.
One person posting questions here claims to be working at a hotel as front desk person. Any work if real is respectable.
Finding a job for someone is difficult enough but one with a LMO is another story. Most of these hotels especially in Alberta have pre approved LMO´s just see Sharon comments regarding how clean her room in Calgary was.

I have already my application but they have the jobs, growth and long-term prosperity act that became law last June 29, 2012 all applications were terminated before February 27, 2008. With this law can I process an application again? Thank you very much if you could send me an answer about these.

That Act contained many matters including the Federal Skilled Workers immigration program. It put new applications on hold for awhile and effected applications in process in particular those prior to Feb. 2008 in order to put in force new requirements to try to reduce the number of people coming who cannot find work when they get here and fill more job shortages.
