when i applied my immgration at that time my sister live in ontario
right now she moved to Alberta
will it effect my immigration process or it will help me out
very near to IA/Update.

as far as I know you can change the location you intend to land/live, should be no problem at all. tha´s one of the reason why they are asking for an update.
