Subject: Hello I was given a Departure Order today ...
  Hello

I was given a Departure Order today to leave Canada. I failed my refugee case, H and C and PRRA.
The lawyer messed me up with the H and C and PRRA.
Can I file a new PRRA?
I had married a Canadian citizen and she sponsored me but withdrew the application. Now she wants to file a new application for PR for me, can that keep me in Canada.

so the two questions are:
Can I file anew PRRA and the sponsorship by my wife at the same time and remain in Canada?

Thanks for your early reply.

No but all is not lost.

First take SOME responsibility for the mess your currently in!

Lets paint this picture in a different light.

First you made a refugee claim from a country that produces very few refugees. You may even have filed a claim two or three years after being in Canada.

You lost and it is the Lawyer´s fault.

You then according to your posting filed a Humanitarian and Compassionate application and where unable to come up with any logical reason why (YOU PERSONALLY) have an unusual and undeserved hardship not anticipated by the act or the regulations and in most cases beyond your control.

You lost and it is the Lawyer´s fault.

You got married and submitted a spousal sponsorship for what ever reason your sponsor/wife withdrew her sponsorship.

You lost and it is the Lawyer´s fault.

You then submit a Pre Removal Risk Assessment PRRA application and you can not find any new evidence to prove your at risk to your life if returned to your country.

You lost and it is the Lawyer´s fault.

Now you lost your PRRA and where told to leave by a certain date. You where given the opportunity to buy your own ticket, did you?

Now for what ever reason your partner wants to sponsor you again. Any spousal sponsorship at this time will have to be outside of Canada and you will have to apply for a arc AUTHORIZATION to RETURN to CANADA cost $400.00

Removal will take priority.

You should write a ARC letter and take some responsibility but depending on the Lawyer blame him/her and if she/he is disliked at that Visa Post it may work in your favor IF ..........YOU ADMIT YOU SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER!
