How can I stop a PRRA removal? My wife is sponsoring me now, can this sponsorship prevent me from being deported?
I do not want to return to my home country as I do not have anyone there.
Please advise.

What about the previous response Carlos to your previous posting did you not understand?

Options are currently;

You can file a deferral request with CBSA but that has little chance of success!

You can file with the Federal Court for a Stay of Removal which could cost around $5,000.00

or

You can go home because you are being sponsored outside of Canada and beg for forgiveness and seek an authorization to return to Canada. Depending on processing times anywhere from 3 to 12 months depending on Visa Post.

Your partner withdrew the sponsorship (why)?

Your partner resubmitted the sponsorship (why)?

Two huge hurtles to overcome.

Best of luck.

Hello Roy,

Thanks for your response. I am from Peru.
My wife and me had a misunderstanding and I leave the home and she got annoyed and with draw the sponsorship.
After one year, now she said she will re-sponsor and she does not wnat me to leave.

Going back to Peru is not an option. No way, I rather remain in Canada illegally. I also have a child with my wife, can that help to keep me in Canada?

A child with your, wife doesn´t mean anything to CIC. Also Even if you file a leave, i highly doubt whether your sponsorship will get approved before they decide on the leave. They want you and out and will make it speedy.

You really don´t have a choice. The only way you can become legal is to leave Canada go to peru and have your wife starts an outland sponsorship today for you. You should be back in canada with in a year if all goes well.

Hello All
I called a few Immigration Consultants and most of them said that I can remain in Canada if my wife re-file the sponsorship application. They said that it is an In canada Class application and I need not leave the country and I should inform CBSA about the sponsorship.
I am confused as time is against me.
any more suggestions please.

You guys here just keep proving over and over again that I´m better then the average consultant that you asked for advice! TY TY TY

This is getting hilarious Carlos, come on!!!!!

YOU KNOW YOUR REMOVAL READY!

You were given a flight and told to be on it or given three days to bring in your own plane ticket.

It IS beyond tooooo late for you.

SEE PAGE 61 AND 62 OF IP8
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/ip/ip08e.pdf

When is a client removal ready?
For the purposes of this public policy, by the time an applicant attends a pre-removal interview,
he/she is generally removal ready. This means that a client who has been called to a pre-removal
interview by any means (letter, call etc.) and who has not already applied as a spousal H&C
applicant or a Spouse or Common-law Partner in Canada class applicant, cannot, from the point
they are called to the interview forward, benefit from an administrative deferral of removal as
outlined in this public policy except in the limited circumstances outlined below (transitional
cases).

NOTE: Most persons who are under a removal order or facing enforcement proceedings are eligible for
initial consideration under the public policy as they meet the criteria in R124... They cannot however
receive a positive final decision or acceptance of their case (i.e., grant of permanent residence) as they
will be found inadmissible in the step two examination of their case.

THAT MEANS THE GOVERNMENT WILL TAKE AND USUALLY KEEP YOUR PROCESSING FEES FOR NOTHING.

GO HOME AND TRY TO COME BACK
