Jas,

You never answered my previous questions:

What kind of jobs can you help with that you can get HRDC approval on? How long does it take? How much do you charge?

Ray

ARRANGE EMPLOYMENT OFFERS WITH HRSDC APPROVALS posting (in reply to: ARRANGE EMPLOYMENT OFFERS WITH HRSDC APPROVALS)
Hi Ray
I can arrange any job offers and get them approved from HRSDC. i dont want money in advance. I dont know about whom Miss Betty is talking about. No one contacted me. I just ask for few advance amount so that we can start working. And i think its not wrong. Any service provider will ask for advance. I know every immigration consultant in Mississauga and they ask for advance money. NO one can provide service without advance. Lets say someone ask for arrange employment offer services from me without advance and i start working on thier file and after few days, client says that we dont need your service then howcome i will accomodate myself with that labour cost. I think you guys can understand very well service industry.
Rest you were asking for costing. It all depends on the price watever employer is asking for. Client has to pay employer´s charges for job offer as well as my service charges.
Must ask Betty who did contacted me and why her cousin is disappointed from me. If she can prove i will give my services free for her cousin. I am committing here on forum to all readers. Tell her to prove.
I dont know why people feel jealous. I do have this capability to arrange job offers. Why some people feel jealous. TRy to bring gutts Miss Betty to do these type of job urself. U will come to know how much efforts are involve in getting genuine job offers and getting them approved from HRSDC.
Thanks to all readers and i m sorry Ray to be getting rude but i got disappointed reading all this.
MY only reason for not replying you was that i was busy in some personal schedules today.
I hope you will understand.

Jas,

Your posting makes no sense, can you please clarify what you are trying to tell me?

You start your post by stating:

“I can arrange any job offers and get them approved from HRSDC. i dont want money in advance.”

Ok, good start, so you don’t want money in advance. But you quickly change your mind and tell me that:

“I just ask for few advance amount so that we can start working.”

Can you please tell me if you ask for money in advance or not? And please tell the truth. Don’t say first that you don’t and then turn around and tell me that you do.

Secondly, you said that:

“Rest you were asking for costing. It all depends on the price watever employer is asking for. Client has to pay employer´s charges for job offer as well as my service charges.”

What employer’s charge? I think you misunderstand how the job market works. Employers pay employees to do the job, not the other way round. Why would I as an employee pay a charge to employer for working for him? Can you please tell me why the employer is charging me money as an employee?

Thank you,

Ray

Employer wants money for offering job offer , not for job. They support client immigration process by providing all documents like company incorporation papers, company leae papers, company CPP papers for last 12 months to get approval. For all this documnets they charge some amount and it all depends wat they are charging. I send all these documents as well as clients application to HRSDC for approval. Employer just offers job but client as well as employer is not bound to do that job after landing.
If you have any other question please let me know.

I have something in my mind popping up about ur gudself.
ITs really gud to ask questions and satisfy yourself but its look very weird, criticising instead of supporting. If this is your website its a great effort you guys are making but you have to support persons like me to establish business. Rather than supporting you guys trying to degrade me.
Don´t know why.
If you are really intrested and if you and any of your friend or relative is in Mississauga, Canada, its better to meet me and we will sit across the table and chat.
Thanks

Jas,

This is not my website, I don’t believe the person who runs this site participate in the discussions.

I am here because I am currently going through the PR application process and would like to start applying for jobs in Canada. Additionally, where I am able to, I answer questions from other candidates so they can learn from my experience.

To the last point when I see a post like yours, I think it is important that I warn others on the forum, if poster is using the forum to dope potential immigrants by offering bogus jobs.

I am not here to criticize you or your business. Based on the answers to my questions, I do, however, seriously, doubt the legitimacy of your business.

No Canadian employer will charge for offering a genuine job. They will not charge for providing documentations to get an HRDC approval. That is part of the job offer and will not charge for that.

If they are charging candidate, than the job offer is not authentic, and the offer is being made simply for the purposes of obtaining a visa. At best, you are misleading the applicant by not being completely honest that here is no job (although, I will accept that you have mentioned that employer is not bound to hire the applicant on landing, and I suspect that the job will actually not be offered and both the employer and you know that to be true).

At worst this could be construed an attempt to defraud CIC and thus the government of Canada and thus illegal. In which case, you pray that the government doesn’t come after you.

In either case, you are most certainly going to take the money from the applicant but are not going to guarantee the visa. Chances are, that CIC will see the job offer for what it is, and will most certainly refuse the visa on that basis. The applicant will of course not get any refund from you or the (so called) employer.

From your posts, I also suspect that you already have a handful of companies (perhaps only one) who are in cahoots with you, because I sincerely doubt you have the ability to find real jobs from employers who are looking for suitable candidate. For reasons already covered by Sharon and Lily in the previous posts.

As to your questions why I am not supporting your business? Its because you are trying to commit fraud. Because you are trying to mislead candidates into giving you money, but not providing the promised service. It is because you are attempting to feed on the desperation of people. There are plenty of legitimate recruiters who find real jobs for qualified candidates. From your post, I will say you are not one of them. You do not have the skills to be able to find jobs for candidates.

This post is not so much an answer to you Jas, its more of a warning to any candidate who might be tempted by your offer to think twice before they part with their hard earned cash to you.

I wish you all the best in your business, and highly recommend that you go into a business that would benefit not only you, but also your clients. If you continue conning people in this way sooner or later CIC will get wise and will indeed come after you.

But if you continue to advertise here, please be assured that I will continue to point out your attempt to cheat people. Go peddle your fraud in some other corner. This is a fraud-free neighborhood.

Ray

Ray, you are absolutely correct. He is from either India or Pakistan according to my cousin. He charges about $20,000 to get a job offer and 50% must be paid in advance. JAS is not his real name.
Ray is right, no employer charges a fee to provide documents.
My cousin is not stupid, she said this guy is a FRAUDSTER.
