It doesn´t matter that you were refused before. Many people are rejected because they don´t have enough points and then re-apply once they get the required points when their situation changes. I saw many postings of such thing..so don´t worry much about refusal.

You can apply for your FBI clearance certificate from wherever you are.

Follow the guidlines on their web site..check this link:

http://www.fbi.gov/hq/cjisd/fprequest.htm

Download the forms and send them to FBI. You need to take fingerprints according to their standards.

I sniff something else about you, Why are you now living in Bangladesh leaving behind US. You might have done some crime or anything that made you deported you from the US? Immigration Canada must have mentioned the reason(s) for the refusal. whats that? While asking questions, dont hide anything, and as Tariq said, if youre caught saying lie to Immi Canada then chances are you would be permanently get an application ban.

What I know about pppl of that part of the world that they never get back to their countries rather they stay in the US and keep on working Legally or Illegally. But the Inquirer could answer about the real fact.

Hi

But you didnt mention what was the reason for Immigration refusal. Yes, sure, Immigration Canada keeps all previous info on their database. But What I know that Bangladesh has like 500 thousand applicants waiting for their PR, its a long queue there. waiting time is like 5 yrs. So If youre now 35, it would be like 40 when youd get you PR. Poor story, but tre.

500,000 applications in Bangladesh? Really? So, the backlog is 1 million worldwide, and half of them are in Bangladesh?

WOW! Where did you got that poor and true figures?
