I´ve been checking the status of my application online every week. And the ´In process´ keeps on popping up. They have approved me already but we´re waiting on the approval of my husband PR situation. It says they started processing it on July 31st, 2008. So it will almost be three months. Our case is very simple. This is my and my husbands first marriage. I´m a canadian citizen and my husbands in India. I miss him soo bad and I can´t wait to see him. My husband hasn´t received any letter from the embassy just yet. Some people are telling me that it will only take three months. How long does it usually take. Do you think he´ll receive a letter soon. I want to go be with him but my father is terribly ill here and I´m taking care of him single handedly, so it´s hard for me to leave him here.

I am not aware about family class PR..whether it is skilled worker or family class immigration..it is all a matter of time waiting game...

Waiting time varies from country to country, and I am sure youre behind a long queue. So be patient.

wow.. it seems like you´re going through alot. Yes I also thing that since they started processing it July 31st, you should receive a letter soon. Good Luck, and as Anna said keep your hopes high. Since you havent heard from them yet, maybe everythings going well. Your hubby should get a letter asking for his passport soon.
