| Subject: Immigrating from US to Canada |

Hi
I´m currently in US working for a company for last few years. I have another year on an L1-A visa. I am interested in movign to Canada. Should I apply from Buffalo or from Delhi in India. Will the application go faster if I go from Buffalo? What happens if I have to go back to India before it completes. At present it seems to take anywhwere from 16 to 20 months. is that correct? Should I work with a company in US or Canada for it.

Faster from US.
Recomended if you will be staying in the US for two years more (the avergae processing time)
You can go back but the problem if they invite you for an interview.

Thx. makes sense as it´s faster. I may be able to extend by another year or else I could fly back for the interview.
