Is there any time restrictions about second time spousal sponsorship in canada?If First wife is divorced after a month when she arrived in canada with PR then if the person decides to marry again later on can he sponsor his second wife right away?

The sponsor has a 3 year commitment (undertaking) and until this passes, the sponsor will not be able to sponsor another spouse.
The second application will likely have red flags given that the first marriage didn´t last and the second marriage was very quick after the first spouse landed. I would make sure that you collect lots of evidence to prove that this relationship is legit, as CIC will be looking very closely based on the history... This looks to be a marriage of convenience.
