I thought they explained it very well. The biggest change is that they will only approve applications that have a good chance of finding work upon arrival.

But who will ge the preference? Have they specified any chart? of prefessions?

why would it worry you? they are discussing the new rules and professions now. Canada is moving more to the Australian system which from my perspective is in YOUR best interest. There is no point in allowing you to come as an engineer if there are no jobs for you.

as the economy slows down, matching people to jobs is in everyone´s best interest. The new rules will also stop this endless wait that applicants are currently enduring. I can only see this as a good thing.

Come to uk u get paid more on benefits than you do working you get a council house your council tax (property tax) is paid your living rent is also paid good ey.
