Canada is moving more to the Australian system which from my perspective is in YOUR best interest. There is no point in allowing you to come as an engineer if there are no jobs for you.
as the economy slows down, matching people to jobs is in everyone´s best interest. The new rules will also stop this endless wait that applicants are currently enduring. I can only see this as a good thing.
