Subject: HELP PLZ!re-entry to Canada
I applied for permanent residence under spousal February 2007. within Canada. In May 2008, my husband and I went for an interview. We recieved a letter not long after the interview requesting for a non-criminal record. The letter also stated that my husband´s spousal sponsorship has been approved. I have sent in my non-criminal record in June. However, due to family emergency I was hoping we could head back to Asia for 2 weeks. I have a British passport which does not require a visa upon arriving in Canada. I have also extended my visitor´s status until June 2009. However, I was wondering could I leave the country and re-enter after my 2 weeks visit back home? Or would it be unadvisable to leave the Country for me until the entire PR stuff is complete? If I come back in as a visitor, will there be any possiblity that I could be rejected at the border? Thanks!

One can apply for anything including going to the space station. That does not mean your application will be approved!

Like my client Hong Zhang who got approved in February 2008!

IF YOUR IN THE GTA!

I bet the letter said that since your approved it could take one or two more years before your husband is actually landed.

Since I like to bet I will bet you a thousand to one that the letter also said IF you leave reentry is not a guarantee.

Yet you ask this question????? WHY?
