| Subject: Medicals with initial FSW app |

Hello,
Is it possible or would you advice me in applying for FSW and in the initial papers to send the medicals as well? The reason is: I want all papers to send at once, so that it would take less time to process.
I am aware that the FSW process is frozen untill the clarifications of the program will come out.

No, you can´t get medicals done at the time of initial application...
CIC will first assess your documents and see if you qualify, then at a later date, they will ask you to go and get medical examinations done and they will SEND YOU MEDICAL FORMS that you will need to bring to the doctor´s office the day of your medical exams... you can´t get those forms ahead of time...

Sure you can, if you want to. But medical is only valid for 1 year. By the time your application is up for processing, you would have to redo the medical. So whats the point?

Actually, some doctors they have the forms, so, yes you can do medicals before CIC asks you to. However, medical results are only valid for one year which means you will have to undergo medical examination again.

Thank you for your replies.
Actually I will apply to the Buffalo center, so I hoped in the best case to have my case examined/finished within one year. That was the whole point in sending the medicals in the initial set of documents, to make everything faster.
But I guess it´s better to wait, as you suggested.
