Subject: Spousal Sponsorship

Hello ,
I got married with a landed immigrant status man, we sent in februray 2 all the information that include certificate of marriage and history in addition to others documents.

Until now we did not recived any answer just to know that they have received our information.
My questions are 2:
I need to call thems ?
Is It true ,That I have to go back my Contry to apply from there ?
