hi ,
would anyone please tell me if there is any collage in the Chicago land, Illinois,United States which will be accepted by Canadian embassy regarding the English test. What i mean by that is : can i have a test anywhere around here, get a certificate instead of taking that in the Canadian embassy or elsewhere?
