| Subject: Sent criminal rehab ppr work / How long now? |

I am a US citizen and my wife is a Canada resident, my time frame has passed for my criminal rehab to be processed. We have sent everything in as per my attorney however she seems to have no idea how long this whole ordeal will take, the website says from 3 months to 3 years. My wife and I are anxious because we recently found out we are pregnant. She has been approved as a sponsor already we are just waiting on the criminal rehab, it was transfered from Ottawa"?" to Buffalo NY, I´m not sure if this is a good thing or not and neither does my attorney. I know they have a special dept. that handles criminal rehab in Buffalo so maybe it´s good. I was just hoping someone could help w/ some idea of about how long this will take? Any help is greatly appreciated!

we are in similar situaion like yours. I have not seen any website which states rebhabilitation can take from 3 months to 3 years. can you please tell me which website u have visited.
By theway, have u heard anything from buffLO about ur case.

That was what my attorney told me she found out. Yes, I just had my interview at the end of December and they refused it!
