DEAR ALL
MY SPOUSE SPONCERED CASE IS IN PROCESS IN ISLAMABAD. I M IN TORONTO. I HAVE 4 KIDS AND WIFE. 2 MONTHS AGO I RECEIVED A LETTER REGARDING MY JOB AND FINANCIAL STATUS AND I HAVE REPLIED AND SEND A JOB OFFER LETTER. NOW AGAIN THEY ASK ME FOR THE SAME AND ALSO REQUIRED THE BANK STATEMENT WHICH SHOWS MY CURRENT SALARY AND FINANCIAL POSITION. MY QUESTION IS WHY THEY ARE THEY ASKING ME AGAIN N AGAIN AS I HAVE HEARED THAT NO FINANCIAL REQUIREMENT FOR SPOUSE AND KIDS SPONCER ???
PLZ HELP ME.

There is no "financial requirement" but you have to show that if they arrive here, you have the ability to take care of them, and that you won´t be applying for welfare etc. If you have no job, how do you expect to support your family? You need to show that your family will not be a burden to the system.

I assume "they" are Mississauga CPC or is it Islamabad?
The only thing you have to prove is that your eligible to sponsor which you have. You may have run into a local person employed at the Visa Post who does not like your situation.
You can fight city hall and win later then sooner or convince the person you are going to support your spouse and you have the means an ability to do so.
Make sure when you send anything that you have a tracking number to prove the item was delivered.

Thanks for all of ur help. yes my case is in islamabad and they start processing in march 2007. Can you pls tell me is there any possiblity of refusal if i never get a thousands of dollar job to support my family ???
