  Hi Sharon,
I urgently need your advice. To start with, here is my timeline for Buffalo office under skilled worker class.
Applied-Dec 2003, AOR- Jan 2004, IA- Sept 2004
Med+ RPRF fee sent- Oct 2004
Additional docs+ ref letter from current employer- Nov 2004
US PCC sent- Dec 2004
The IA letter said that they expect to finalize my application without a personal interview. I initially stated in my application that I hold a Master´s in Engineering. They didn´t ask for my second degree in MBA which I completed in Jan 2004 in the US, but I still went ahead and sent a copy of it along with my transcripts thinking it would make my case stronger under skilled worker category. Since Dec 2004, I have been looking at my e-client status on daily basis and it shows "in process". Today, I called their Medical center in Ottawa and requested about details of my medical reports (If they received it or what´s the status). A lady by name Sophie called me back and told that my medicals are ok and the information was entered into their system on Dec 2, 2004. She told me that I can convey the same to Buffalo office.
Now my question is what should I do? Should I write a fax and inform the Buffalo office about it? Also request a status update or reason for e-client status?
Or should I just keep mum thinking my action could annoy the officer in Buffalo office and hamper my application process? I am double minded as any stupid action on my side would only delay the process. Please advise.
Thanks
Aki

Medical report advice (in reply to: Sharon-Plz advise)
Hi,
i received my medical form from my Canadian immigration office in London. They sent me all the DMP´s in London but im in Mozambique (Africa) nonetheless i did my medical in Mozambique through a DMP. since the London office got a impression that im in London it stated in the letter that i must send my medical to London. The normal practise is to send the medical to Nairobi , Kenya for those who are resided in Africa. The doctor sent my medical report to Kenya is this ok? I did fax the London office informing that the medicals are posted to Kenya.
Im a little confused now whether the doctor did the right thing? will the ottawa office give me any advice on this?
i need your ppl´s advice
