Hi
This might be a simple immigration question but i couldn´t find the answer i was looking for hence i am posting it in the forum. Kindly excuse me if this is a redundant question. My wife has a canadian PR in good standing (continuously stayed in Canada for 2.5 years with PR). She is now in India and planning to have the baby delivered there. What are the consequences with respect to immigration for the baby to be brought back to Canada after delivery. I am a naturalised canadian citizen since 2006. Will my canadian status have any influence on the baby´s arrival in Canada from the point of immigration. Will she get candian citizenship even if she is born abroad based on my citizenship status. Please let me know immigration procedures if any to get my wife and kid back in Canada. Many thanks for taking the time and your kind reply. I appreciate any help in this regard
