Dear Friends,
Could anyone please advise us regarding this issue:-
We are PR´s of Canada living outside Canada and will be sponsoring our infant child.
Where Principal Applicant (infant-1 year)signatures are required should we leave it blank or should the Sponsor ( Father) sign where

Thanks in advance for any input

child sponsorship (in reply to: Dependent child sponsorship) You indeed have to make the 1 year old sign the form.
No. I?m kidding.
What form are you using? if all the forms need the signature of the applicant just leave it blank, there is no way to make him sign. Just use common sense.
There must be another space for the signature of the sponsor and that?s the one that counts.

(in reply to: Dependent child sponsorship) Thanks Daniel,
These are the two forms that requires the applicant signature. In this case the applicant being an infant my question was whether the Sponsor (father) had to sign on behalf of the applicant or should the place be left blank
Part B: Immigration forms
