My mother was in Dar es Salaam on a visitors visa during January 1998 to November 1999, visiting my brother who was working with Aga Khan Hospital . My brother has since for the past seven years immigrated to Canada . A sponsorship application for Canada for my mother is in process currently. One of the requirements for this sponsorship application is to obtain a Police Clearance Certificate for countries where she has resided for more than six months.
Accordingly she is required to provide a Police Clearance Certificate for this time frame from Tanzania . would you please advise if there is an application form which I can complete to request for a PCC, where the completed application form is to be submitted, fees to be paid for this request and in whose favor the money order is to be prepared.
I have contacted the Tanzanian Embassy in Canada, in India (where I am currently based), Indian Embassy in Tanzania, but none of them have provided me with this information.
