Hi Sharon,
My wife and me are Canadian PR and residing outside Canada at the moment we are in Singapore. Last month we are blessed with a baby boy. We are planning to come back to Canada for good.
Is it possible to carry the baby on tourist visa and once we are there apply for his PR? Please suggest all the ways.
