Subject: Consulate Interview |

My company in the US has applied for my work permit in Canada with my LMO and passport submitted concurrently. I got a letter in the mail, with an interview date in Detroit with a list of documents that I need to bring along. Is this a bad sign or common procedure ? Also, how hard is it to switch jobs once you are on a work permit ?
Thanks.

(in reply to: Consulate Interview) Jobs or employers? If you get admitted on a WP based on your occupational experience as a "Joe the Plumber" you can switch to another plumbing job but not to Nancy the Hairdresser!
