Subject: Factors that may delay processing???
I?m asking every one here , who has a knowledge and experience ,people who has been illegally in Canada like me.
I?m planning in near future to submit my application for PR Skilled worker from Canada, so I will continue to stay and work , wait for the date of interview. if i will wright my residence address in Canada, and places where i lived for the last 10 years,so it?s means I?m here illegally . In the Application for Permanent Residence Guide says about Factors that may delay processing: you are not a permanent resident of the country in which you currently live

Or should my parents send my application kit, so it?s going to look like I?m in my country right now, just came back from Canada.

Please Roy, Sharon and anybody else share your opinion, so I and people like me can begin to find the way to legalize in Canada.
Thanks Ivan

To answer part of your Q,
applying from US or Canada is always less time consuming than applying from overseas. I recommed to apply from Canada.
