I from time to time look at the competition or those that want to be.

I just thought if I got sixty dollars for every consultation I have given or posting answered here I would have my Yacht by now.

Maybe I´m wrong, should I create such a consultation for fee service?

Roy..

sixty $ for 30 mins is nothing!! I saw an attorney who charges 250 $ for half an hour!! Others charge 100 $ minimum for short consults

Just my point one pays for what they get.

How can one clearly understand a complex issue in thirty minutes. I can talk for three hours without stopping and say nothing of detail.

A spousal sponsorship that is a little complex when it comes to (are they dependents or not)? Clients want to know why they have to be excluded. Why does my love child need to take a medical when my former partner is nasty, still.

Explaining how the appeal process works, the time line, what happens first and second and what they will have to provide so that we can win their case takes time!

Lets say four hours minimum of consultation before I´m convinced that any H&C client has sufficient grounds and stamina to approach that application.

I am shocked about some of the advertisements at the top of any posting and I feel sorry for anyone that falls prey to such adverts.

Want to sponsor your parents?

On Sunday in the paper there was another article about construction workers from the Philippines being ripped off by individuals finding them jobs in BC and Alberta. We found a lady an Internet type position with Telus on Wednesday and where just waiting for the letter of acceptance before telling her. On Friday around 16:50 we got an e-mail stating a hiring freeze has been implemented at Telus so our client that we worked our butts off for is still out in the cold.

Employers taking weeks to make up their minds regarding offering a foreigner a position to have it go poof. Waiting for weeks for LMO´s to have some crooks drag my name into the mud is something that really upsets, me.

Have you seen the movie "The dark knight" (Batman).

There is line when the Joker says " If you are good at something NEVER do it for free".

I don´t have an hourly fee, BUT I charge them for everytime they shake their head up and down (understanding what I am saying).

Have at´er.

Cheers,

Bill

So Bill have you seen this advert?

http://www.certificatesexpress.com/citizenship/prcards.php

Problem is too many believe the advertisement. How can these people look at themselves in the mirror in the morning?

For the help seekers, i highly advise to get some more advices from some more experts and do some research from the other sources before making actions for some experts participates here are just promoting their immigration business.

For you Roy, why did you put my name in your statement below? why dont you put your own name as example?

"Then when the Visa Officer or any other official asks you why you did (NOT) do a particular thing, answering "Wolverine said so on the Canada-City Forum" will not impress any government official. That also has to go for ________ said so as well. "

THANKS

Wolverine when one answers a post and is proven by Ray Masa that you were giving (bad advice) accept that and move on!

You were adamant that ama in this posting need not provide a new proof of no convictions from Oman. http://www.canada-city.ca/canada-immigration/posting.php?messageid=25335

THREE times out of TEN postings you kept asserting that ama need not apply for a new Proof of No Convictions. Ray provided this link to PROVE you WRONG!!!!!

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/intro.asp

Yet when I included every ones name by using a blank is not enough for you. Get over it you where WRONG BIG TIME!

WHAT IS UNEXCEPTIONABLE TO YOU ABOUT THIS COMMENT?

To All ----- please try to research things on your own but do not take anything anyone here answers (including myself) as fact because someone says their answer is the 100% truth could get you into SERIOUS trouble.

WELL??????

Hey Mr. Baldman. Dont ever estimate the knowledge of the people you dont know. if you think he or she is wrong then give your proof and let people decide.

I speak not only from the immigration website you are saying but from experience. I am handling about 500 Canadian Immigrant Visa application cases and what about you? you are in marketing that is why you are protecting your name as well as the name of your employees, Ray masa and the other members here. you are doing that to me because you want me to leave this forum. what are you doing? you are playing around over this forum for the people to use the services of your immigration business.

In every rule there is exception you have to know that.

Dont use my name in a kind of statement you are give just like the one i have reproduced below.

"Then when the Visa Officer or any other official asks you why you did (NOT) do a particular thing, answering "Wolverine said so on the Canada-City Forum" will not impress any government official.

Why dont you use your own name there or the name of your employees who are pretending to be and expert and help seekers?

Dont make waves.

Wolverine

wolverine, you may be handling 500 clients but are you handling them WELL?

are you a CSIC registered consultant? you seem to be behind on some of the more recent immigration rules.
