my brother who is a permanent resident of Canada, (just recently) doesnt want to give me information about his residency?
Letter from the embassy, says, "if any of your relatives are Canadian citizens, or permanent residents in Canada, include their name, address, and relationship to you in the appropriate space.
i have asked my brother many times about this. and seems avoiding me for reasons i dont know.
any help guys?
