  Lets get a dig @ your brains I need help answering the following questions you JOB is for an Immigration Operations Coordinator what i need is how you would answer these questions which I will use with my answer to submit my application every little helps cheers.

1. Why do you think you would be the right person for this position? (10 marks)

2. You receive an email from a Ministry employee who is asking for the immigration status of a client who is applying for income assistance. The turn-around time to get the information back from Citizenship Immigration Canada is 5 business days after you send the request. The employee emails you after 3 business days asking for the immigration status again, and the email is quite hostile and rude. Please write an email response to the employee. (15 marks)

3. An angry sponsor calls to dispute his sponsorship debt and repeatedly states he will not pay the amount owed. He states that his sponsored relative should not have been eligible to collect income assistance. Furthermore, he claims that he was never notified of his sponsored relative applying for income assistance. Explain how you would respond to the sponsor. (20 marks)

4. The Sponsorship Default Program is situated in a high energy environment where there are frequent interruptions? There are constant projects to be implemented and inflexible deadlines that have to be met. How would you handle the constant interruptions and how would they impact what you were working on? How would you make sure that all your deadlines are met? (20 marks)

5. As the Immigration Operations Co-ordinator, you are the liaison between Ministry regional staff and the federal government. How would you develop and deliver a sponsorship training package for the Regions to successfully implement the Sponsorship Default Recovery Program? In your response, include how you would explain roles and responsibilities, along with policies and procedures of the program. Also explain how

Well having guts is not a bad thing. Sharon I am not asking for you to do any homework for me I am only asking how you would reply to the questions all I am asking is for your opinion as to how you would answer don´t mean to say I don´t have my own answers but learning something is also not a bad idea I will decide to submit what i think is best. I only wanted your opinion if u feel helping someone to succeed then i don´t really no what your doing here in this forum? to help someone is not bad if someone asked a me something and I new how best to answer it i would NOT hesitate.

at one point did I not see you advertising yourself as a consultant?

the questions you ask are assignment questions not personal interest questions that you home someone like Roy will answer so you can simply cut and paste into whatever you are attempting to do.

advertising yourself as a consultant? Are you kidding me? iv never advertising yourself as a consultant? and never will i am just here to help pass on what i no free of charge no fees or money. please get your facts in order b4 u jump the gun if you are no able to help just keep it shut.I DON´T NEED it to me it seems as if that´s all your here for to cherry pick your clients.

If you have lack of knowledge in what I am asking i have listed an example below. Don´t ever under estimate me or what I am asking go back to school and learn.
below is how you should have answered the the question. To how you have responded just shows me what you lack.

Question No. 1 - She needs to answer this.
Question 2. Quote the 5 day turnaround for the response in a professional manner. If no response has been received by the 5th day, then she will chase the request on the client´s behalf. The response should ignore the hostility in the e-mail. They are looking for a calm and professional response.
Questions 3. Explain that she will look into the complaint, but in line with the immigration standard policies the sponsor would have been notified and as such they are liable for the debt incurred.
Question 4. Explain that interruptions are part of working in a busy environment and the key point is the ability to prioritize the work according to the deadlines that need to be met, remain calm, put in additional effort if required to meet a critical date.
Question 5. Slightly more tricky this one. Development and training programme needs to consider - What are the policies and procedures that need to be communicated, why are they required, what is the impact if the policies are not followed. Explain that the training programme would detail what the ministry of regional staff would be responsible for, what the federal government would do. Schedule training sessions, have training material printed out for the offices. As part of your training development you would consult the local offices to understand any current issues they were experiencing in order that this could be factored in.
Other obstacles that you might face would be
Resistance - addressed by consulting the offices
Lack of knowledge - addressed by training sessions and printed material
Lack of awareness - addressed by newsletters
Need for refinement of processes/procedures - addressed by having a feedback/quality improvement process in place during the initial implementation.

if not fine but you are still looking for someone to help you complete an assignment. The questions have everything to do with the consultant side of the industry - not the client.

I know all about going back to school. you have even left the marks for each question on the post. how silly. and now you are acting indignant. go figure.

BTW, I don´t cherry pick clients because I don´t have any. I have a job far far away from the immigration world and intend to keep it that way.

I am not the person you have listed above and yes it is an assignment and no there is nothing silly about been straight forward with the ppl here in asking for help if any Sharon it says only experts need apply from your comments u seem to lack what i am looking for 2nd point is i do not live in Canada I live in the uk.
