hello all,
i have a question. i came to Canada on study visa and then got married here. i applied for my PR residence but found out that my study permit has expired (i was stupid enough to think that it?s expiring next year)
now i want to know what should i do? i hasn?t been expired for more than 90 days so i can still restore it.
so should i apply for TRV or just wait for my PR application response? i read somewhere that i can get it since my wife who is canadian citizen in pregnant with our child.

(in reply to: URGENT Unique Situation) You can apply for an extension I believe and that will give you implied status.
