| Subject: In-Canada sponsorship |

HI,
I filled sponsorship of my wife in Canada and then she had to leave Canada. Now she is Russia. I got a letter that our case was sent to Mississauga. Can she come back safely and how? She does not have any visa and I worry she cannot go to CAnada. What happen if she applies?

No you have to withdraw your In Land sponsorship and submit a new one overseas. Hopefully you submitted colour copies of your photos.
