I have already landed in Canada and been living here for 6 months now. But now i have met someone in Ukraine and want her to come to Canada and start living with me. I have a job. Will she have to get a visit visa by herself or can I sponser her? How can I achieve this goal?

you have 2 genuine options to bring a loved one to Canada - common law (1 year of living together) or as your wife.
as it appears niether option is on the table, she can attempt to come as a visitor but be sure CIC will be very cautious about why she is coming, where she will stay, what her home situation is that will encourage her to return home etc.

How can I improve her chances of her getting the visa from her home country to visit me in Canada?(For example a written statement, expenses paid by me, my information etc). Then secondly when she comes here, can I then get married to here and make her stay here with me? What is the minimum for sponsoring a wife? Thanks.
