ok well heres the story , wife came to canada from colombia in 2003 , under a refugee claim, that claim was denied as she could move within colombia , she lived here for 3 years as appeals were made , we met about a 1 1/2 years into that process, dated, then lived together for about 7 months , then she got the letter that she had 14 days to leave the country or risk being deported, we were married 8 months alter on the beach in san andres (loved the place) , filed paperwork(the "BOOK") and now we wait , the wife recived a letter on friday that requested 3 things from her (copy of birth cert/ her passport/ and a $400 readmittence fee) so from anyones experiance here .. whats your best guess on return, im going nuts and the kids (from divorce)are missing her like crazy..
any help is much appreciated !!
