-Medical and RPRF 20-July-2004.
-PCC up-to-date 21-Sep-2004.
-Rassolzadah note 1-Nov-2004.
i received my Capis note 1-11-2004.
PSDES=1 SELDES=1 MEDDES=0 BDES=0.
B-check initialized 17-Sept-2004
my question i will be part of Rasolzadah act so i have to wait unitl 2008 or not?
i am worry if this act will affect me?

sorry, yes it does affect you because you pass under old rules. Before you worry... don´t. they only way I think there might be a tiny problem is if the settlement does not get adopted by the government - and then they would not be under obligation to go by the old rules. So, whatever you do... do not opt our. and by the looks of what has happened with your file... you should get a passport request very soon.

they were required to send you the letter, no matter what the status of your application. I know it is confusing. By what you have said, there is no reason to be concerned and no reason to opt out. You should anticipate this whole ordeal to be finishes in the next 3-4 months.
