hii.
i m indian citizen.i m in uk on a student visa which started from 8 aug 2008.i wana go with my cousin sister to canada for her marriage in canada in februaury.bt wen i was in india i got candadian student visa rejected 2wice on june 2007 and dec 2007..my question is can i apply a visitor visa for canada from england (uk). and is my uk student visa gona give me ny kind of benefit in front of canadian embessy??plus wat are requirements of funds and documentation for a 2 week visit???
