Subject: file number?

Hi ,I sent my application to buffello on August 21st but still I did not receive file number till today nov 11th.Any one can suggest for time line to get file number?

all applications filed since February 08 are on hold awaiting new selection criteria. We are expecting new rules out sometime in late November. After that we will know more.
