One of the most expensive Law Firms in the GTA did not know that a regulated occupation would not get the additional points from CIC for an arranged employment opinion (AEO)!

When one is applying to be a Long Haul Truck Driver, Plumber, Electrician, etc. HRSDC will give the LMO and the AEO but........ the person can not be given the work permit or the points for the AEO if they are not licensed to do the occupation in the province they seek entry for.

COMMON SENSE

The solution is to find a similar occupation that you meet the requirements that is not regulated.
