-intreview 2-6-2004 Dual assisment ( success under old law).
-Medical and RPRF 20-July-2004.
-PCC up-to-date 21-Sep-2004.
-Rassolzadah note 1-Nov-2004.

i received my Capis note 1-11-2004.

PSDES=1 SELDES=1 MEDDES=0 BDES=0.

B-check initialized 17-Sept-2004

my question i will be part of Rasolzadah act so i have to wait unitl 2008 or not?

i am worry if this act will affect me?

sorry, yes it does affect you because you pass under old rules. Before you worry... don?t. they only way I think there might be a tiny problem is if the settlement does not get adopted by the government - and then they would not be under obligation to go by the old rules. So, whatever you do... do not opt our. and by the looks of what has happened with your file... you should get a passport request very soon.

by the looks of your timeline, CIC is doing exactly what they are proposing in the lawsuit - testing your application against the rules you applied under. It is obvious that they are proceeding with your application. It is obvious that you have qualified. The only hitch I can see is when they might ask for your passport... you might have to wait until the date when they move forward with the court settlement, which is March/April 2005 - but that is only a guess.
