| Subject: Returning landed immigrant with new child |

We landed two years ago and went back to US. We are now coming back for good. We have a addition to the family. I know we will have to apply for his PR. Is it OK if we do that from within Canada after our arrival?
As our child is a US National, he should be allowed to enter Canada with his passport.
Please suggest

I think it´s better if you do it inside Canada. Since you have a valid PR ..it should not be a problem
