I need help guys!
i did my medical in august , yesterday i got a letter from immigration saying that interview is waived. but they are asking for My husband´s police clearance report from Ireland. ( he stayed in Ireland for about a year, he was a visa student there). I dont see a form or any instructions for how to get police clearance report from Ireland. Can you guys help me out here? where do i get a form? and how long will it take ? i have to submit requested documents in 90 days. i dont know where to start.

Local Requests
Applicants or their representatives (in possession of a witnessed statement consenting to the release of information) should apply in person at the local Garda Siochana (police) station. In UK for police clearance u have to apply D10 form . From local police headquarter . Suppose to be same in irland too.

Why would it be the same form in Ireland as in UK? I am assuming the applicant is being asked for police report from Ireland (an independent country), not Northern Ireland.
