Subject: please help, urgent question no time
Hello everyone, I just found this site and I think this is so great since the Canadian Embassy won´t let me ask them questions and i don´t know what to do. Please advise:

1. My past employeers won´t give me a copy of my job contracts or of my past job pay slips which I don´t have and therefore, I have no way of obtaining this, what can I do? I am afraid my application would be considered incomplete for this reason but I can´t do anything about this, please advise.

2. I don´t have personal annual tax reports as the company files them in joint employee file, what can I do???

3. Lastly, the proof of funds, in this case should be bank and securties statements for the past 3 months? and with an oficial translation to English?

I am freaking out! so many questions and I only have one more month to send everything, I am scared my application may be considered incomplete because of the reasons above. Please let me know what can I do.

Thank you very much in advance, anything would be very helpful.

I live in Mexico and I am applying for permanent residence as a skilled worker.

Judy

Slow down and take a deep breath.

In certain countries things are different and if you know of other employers who behave the same way I´m sure that the Canadian Embassy staff know that too.

Get any supportive evidence you can. Hopefully you have not burned all your bridges from your previous employers. Try getting some former co-workers to prove that you worked there, affidavits etc.

Contact the Mexico IRS type people directly.

Don´t think of a small number (only ONE more month) think I have THIRTY ONE DAYS that´s plenty of time to get enough evidence together.
