I was on PG work permit until today when I got the LMO based work permit for additional 2 yra through my employer
My PG open work permit will expire in May 2009, can I still use the open the work permit to work with any employer (till May 09) despite the fact that I now have both work permits? or the LMO based work permit overrides the PG work permit.
My LMO based work permit is issued 2 yeard from expiry of PG work permit, i.e it expires May 2011.
Kindly advise.

So you now have an employer specific work permit that you obtained with your LMO.
You went out and came back in to Canada to obtain same correct?
Once you came back in you went to HRSDC to obtain a new SIN card correct?
Second one is valid, a LMO is not a work permit.
You get caught working for another employer that is not mentioned on your most recent work permit you get excluded.
We all like top have our cake and eat it to but if you want to risk being removed go ahead.

Please, one more question:
I have not gone out of Canada since I got my PG work permit and I am with the same company (with the employer-specific work permit).
Do i still need a new SIN?

ASk HRSDC but on your employer specific work permit IF YOU READ IT it clearly says you can only work for one employer.

what should be filled in the column of employer information .?
And what should be the format of employer letter from my side.
Also please advise me if I or my wife needs to submit any affidavit of support and if Yes, what exactly should be written in the affidavit.
My wife´s visa has been refused 3 times from Chandigarh office, but we applied for TRV instead of Wrk permit application( refusal might be due to that)
If somebody knows please help me as I dont wanna refusal 4th time.
